meet Esther shi, cpa and founder
Esther Shi is the owner and founder of K&S Financial, LLC. She is originally from China and immigrated to the United States in 2000. She then dove into her studies at Florida International University, graduating in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. Further into her career, she earned her CPA license from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy in 2017.
From there, her career took off, starting at Roe CPA, P.C. in 2014 as an accountant, and then CKH Group in 2015, moving from accountant to senior accountant to manager over the course of 8 years.
Her long-term dedication and years of experience inspired her to create her own legacy, and thus founded K&S Financial Services, LLC in 2024.
Since gaining access to experience in government contracting in the accounting field, she noticed an unmet need for high-quality service from firms with government accounting experience. That is why Esther now aims to be the go-to small business solution.
K&S Financial Services, LLC is a small business, women and minority owned accounting firm providing bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and consulting services to government entities, indivuals, businesses, and nonprofits.
